I come to Total Image to get new set of hair extensions with Sonia and she did a great job 18 inches long. This is the first time I try her and she is great and her staff is pleasant and fun to be around, I love it. My head doesn't feel heavy and the hair doesn't tangle. Every one that sees me compliments on my hair.
I recommend this salon to all my friends and family. |

I love my stylist Carissa! I have coarse, wavy hair that can get very poofy if cut incorrectly, she is always very careful to apply my funky/edgy ideas to my specific hair type to achieve the best result. She also recommended that I get body wave perms every 4-6 months so now I can just wash my hair and go. I am addicted to perms now! I have never had so many compliments about my hair styles!

I followed Carissa to Total Image Salon. It has a nice atmosphere and I pre-book and I can get an appointment that suits my schedule. I do feel the receptionists I have dealt with over the past 8 months could be more professional. However, Carissa does an amazing cut--the best I've had in 25 years! Her color looks natural just how I like it. I highly recommend Carissa because she has the ability to evaluate your hair type, your face shape and then has the technique to make it look amazing

Everyone is kind and helpful, you get a head massage/ hand massage with every service! Carissa is a great stylist, she listens and gives suggestions of what would be flattering for your hair/ face shape. Best haircut I've ever had! I also love the aveda products they do actually work! I will defiantly be coming back!
